URBAN DRIFTS
WALKS AS CREATIVE ACTS
Activity for adults
GAMeC
Urban drift is an exploratory practice that invites you to walk without a predefined destination, letting yourself be guided by unexpected signs, details, and suggestions. Originating from the psychogeographical experiences of Guy Debord, this way of crossing the city transforms the urban space into a creative, collective, and surprising experience.
GAMeC offers a series of meetings in which the city becomes a ground for discovery and relationship, through itineraries built together with the participants along the way.
In this third event, dedicated to the theme of “Fragments,” the drift is transformed into observation and aesthetic action: the collection of small abandoned objects, reflections, and perspectives thus composes an unprecedented archaeology of the present.

Please note that the route may have accessibility limitations for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, and that the walk may end at a different location from the starting point.

A sensory journey into the heart of Eau, the exhibition by Angolan-Portuguese artist Ana Silva. Between floating transparencies, suspended landscapes, and embroidered figures, the space becomes the perfect setting to stimulate the curiosity, discovery, and motor coordination of the youngest visitors. Thanks to a selection of special materials tailored to the works on display, children will be invited to experiment, handle, and look at the world “through” things. A unique opportunity to explore art with hands, eyes, and body.

Workshop for adults
Palazzo della Ragione, Bergamo Upper Town
Sfoghi is an artistic workshop designed for anyone wishing to take a break and grant themselves unhurried time, giving space and value to their own creativity.
The practice will kick off from the platform designed by Fosbury Architecture—specifically inspired by the glyphs dotting it, which were created through a collective, participatory process involving children, teenagers, and young adults.

Designed to overcome sensory and communication barriers, this tactile itinerary unfolds among the works of the GAMeC Collections, offering an experience of discovery that highlights the variety of works, languages, and materials in contemporary art.

CORPI ERRANTI (WANDERING BODIES)
Workshop for adults
Palazzo della Ragione, Bergamo Alta
Led by museum educator Clara Luiselli, this workshop offers a journey into the exploration of movement, where the body becomes a tool for connection, listening, and shared creation. The “36 cards for infinite shapes” created by Numero Cromatico for the Tabula Plena project provide a visual and conceptual stimulus guiding participants through a journey of gestures, postures, and collective dynamics.
Through a dialogue between different bodies—unique, imperfect, stable, or changing—the group constructs a wandering, participatory dance.
The activity is open to adults (aged 16 and up) with an interest in dance and movement, as well as anyone looking to explore contemporary art by experiencing an inclusive, collective creative process.
