URBAN DRIFTS
WALKING AS A CREATIVE ACT
Activity for adults
The urban drift is an exploration practice that invites participants to walk without a predefined destination, letting themselves be guided by unexpected signs, details, and impressions. Stemming from the psychogeographical experiences of Guy Debord, this way of traversing the city transforms urban space into a creative, collective, and surprising experience.
GAMeC offers a cycle of four events where the city becomes a terrain for discovery and connection, through routes co-created with the participants along the way.
The second meeting, dedicated to the theme of the Senses, will guide participants towards a progressive decentering of sight—traditionally the predominant and functional perceptual channel—to privilege other forms of aesthetic experience. Through soundwalking practices and the exploration of urban tactility, the city space will be rediscovered through listening and touch, ultimately transforming the urban surface into a true collective graphic artwork.
Meeting point at the Staircase of Palazzo della Ragione, in Piazza Vecchia (Bergamo Alta)
Please note that the route may have accessibility limitations for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, and that it may end at a different location from the starting point.
Free activity from 12 years old (minors must be accompanied by an adult)

WANDERING BODIES
Workshop for adults
Palazzo della Ragione, Bergamo Alta
Wandering Bodies is an expressive workshop led by museum educator Clara Luiselli, inviting participants to explore movement, a process where the body ceases to be a mere spectator and becomes an active tool for connection, deep listening, and shared creation.
The activity starts with the glyphs from the Fosbury Architecture platform—graphic elements that will spark a dialogue between diverse bodies (unique, imperfect, stable, or continuously transforming), celebrating personal expression through gesture.
The workshop is open to adults (aged 16 and over) with an interest in dance and movement, as well as anyone wishing to engage further with contemporary art through a collective and inclusive creative process.
Meeting point at the Staircase of Palazzo della Ragione, in Piazza Vecchia (Bergamo Alta)
