An experience designed for children around one year old and their accompanying adults. A slow, welcoming and shared time to approach art through the body, the senses and relationships. Activities are developed in respect of this age group’s developmental stages and are based on accessible exploration and experimentation: small gestures, tactile materials, sounds, lights, colours and movements engaging with the artworks on display.

Guided tour for adults
The visit explores Eau, a project by artist Ana Silva, developed through dialogue with a group of local embroiderers. At the heart of the exhibition is the issue of water as an unequal and contested resource, addressed through textile works created between Angola and Italy. The artist’s drawings are first entrusted to Angolan embroiderers and later reworked by hand, in a process intertwining roles, knowledge and geographies. Embroidery thus becomes a tool of testimony, transforming a patient and meticulous gesture into a powerful and necessary statement.

Activity for families with children aged 6 to 11
A creative workshop for families where drawing, marks and colours become tools for exploration and experimentation. There is no mandatory final product: the focus is on gesture, process and each participant’s curiosity. The space invites families to be surprised, reflect freely and share small discoveries through creative practice.
The activity is part of the Let’s Draw Art programme promoted by Abbonamento Musei Lombardia.
